All returns must be returned within seven (7) days after receiving the package. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

- In case of item being damaged or defective, please take a picture or record a video showcasing the problem

- Wait up to 2 days to get a reply from us
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging along with printed receipt and order number and mail your package to us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- health and personal care items
