Dealsgala is an online shopping platform with hundreds of brand new items.

Are these items brand new?
99% of the items are brand new, however in the case of item being refurbished the description should state it.
Are there any other after-sale fees?
There are absolutely no hidden fees from us, however some shipping companies such as DHL, FEDEX or UPS might charge extra fees for shipping handling.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are in China, Canada and United States.

How long is the order processing time?
It takes 2-4 business days.

Q: How long does your standard shipping take?
It usually takes 18-25 business days depending on buyers’ location.

Q: The item is defective what should I do?
Buyer have 7 days after receiving the item to get full refund. If the item is not working as described please contact our customer service at service@greatdealbazar.com.

Q: The item is not as described, what can I do?
In case of receiving wrong item please contact the customer service at service@greatdealbazar.com and attach a photo of the item received.

Q: I just placed an order with you, can you cancel it?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees about cancellations. We start the shipment process shortly after receiving your order, and due to the volume we ship canceling an order after it has entered the process is not possible. Orders placed at night or on weekends will usually ship before we see your request even if it is made shortly after your order. In the event we get your request and the order has not yet been processed we will cancel it and let you know.

Q: I tried the item out, can I return it?
A: We only ship brand new merchandise to our customers, so we are unable to accept returns of used items. If the item is not used, please contact us for return at:

Q: What is return policy?

Buyers have 7 days to return the item after receiving it. The item should be in original condition/not used. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?
Yes, we do provide tracking number for 80% of our products, however tracking # for some products might not be available.
